At Fortis Audio, we take pride in the quality of the high-fidelity equipment we provide. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms of your purchase.

1. General Return Terms

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, all sales are final. We understand that high-end audio is a significant investment. If you have concerns about a product’s performance or compatibility, we strongly encourage you to contact our experts for a consultation prior to completing your purchase.

2. Custom-Designed & Custom-Ordered Products

Many of our products are built-to-order or customized to specific finishes, lengths, or technical specifications.

• No Returns: There are absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom-designed or custom-ordered products.

• Once a custom order has been placed and production or sourcing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Restocking Fees

In the rare event that an exception is made and a return is accepted by Fortis Audio management, the following conditions apply:

• 20% Restocking Fee: All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened "like-new" condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.

• We will work with you and the manufacturer to facilitate a repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Damage claims must be supported by photos of the packaging and the product.

5. How to Request an Exception
